Penelope Ann Returns Policy/ Your rights under distance selling
If you are contracting with us as a customer you have the right to cancel your contract up to 7 working days after the day in which you received the goods you ordered
If you paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded If you are returning only part of the order we are not obliged to return any of the delivery charge You must advise us of cancelation of contract

Which items are excluded from this policy
Items which are excluded from our returns policy are be-spoke items that have been especially ordered/made/altered or printed/embroidered to your specification

Items Purchased
Penelope Ann offers a generous goodwill returns policy which is in addition to your legal rights
Items purchased on line can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid parcel receipt to our retail unit in Tangier Road

How to Return Items
Returnable items can be taken to our store in Tangier Road( please obtain a receipt) or posted back to the store your parcel summery is your receipt please produce a copy as proof of purchase
Please return using The Royal Mail Post Office and obtain a parcel receipt to our retail unit in Tangier Road within 14 days of receipt of your order
Please allow 14 days to process your refund once we have received your returned goods
Refund will be credited to the original card used for purchase
